I have been in the entertainment field for over twenty years. Both in front of the camera and behind it. For the past 15 years I have been casting Television and Film. As well as serving as a Personal Manager. I travel a great deal always looking for new talent; I have been to many events such as The Great American Model & Talent Search.
Last July I found a young man by the name of Andrew Morelli. He and his mother came to Hollywood for Pilot season. To say the least Andrew did very well Co-staring on the WB’s “Still Standing” and Virginia’s Anti- Smoking Commercial. He is constantly still auditioning for Major Films.
I also Manage a Young Man by the name of Phillip Carlson. I found Philip at The Great American Model and Talent Search a few years back. Philip has just completed shooting “Sleeper Cell” a Prime time drama for Showtime in which he co-stars, and he's appeared in "The Unit", "Judging Amy" and "What Should You do" (Lifetime). At a Talent Search in Los Angeles I picked up “Ricky Montez” who can now be seen on various roles on Nickelodeon. So I feel it is important to always keep my eyes open for the next young actor ready to break out.

It has been an honor and a privilege to scout for the Great American Model and Talent Search for many years. As a Casting Director for Disney, Fox family and ABC kids, most well known for casting the number one rated childrens action adventure for over six years The Power Rangers I have found that this search isa great opportunity for discovering new talent.
The event has a remarkable approach to assessing and reviewing potential talent for projects in film, television and commercials, as well as print, music videos and modeling. It provides the opportunity for children of all ages to be seen by reputable Casting Directors, Talent Agents, Directors, Film and Television Producers. A great accomplishment in my career was finding the Pink Power Ranger for Power Rangers Time Force.

I enjoy going to The Great American Model and Talent Search because it gives me on opportunity to meet and evaluate talented children and adults from all over the country that I wouldn't have a chance to see if I stayed in the LA area only. Also in one "Power Weekend" I can meet hundreds of people that on an individual basis would take several months of meetings. This event is a favorite of mine because I've seen numerous children with great potential. As a result of this years searches I have signed Kaitlyn Summer and Sophia Jefferson.

I am a South Carolina Agent, who has been a working agency for 14 years. I have attended, and had representatives of my company attend the Great American Talent Search for 10 years. I have found some of my most valuable talent at this event.
Our discoveries have appeared in commercials for Banquet Chicken, Valvoline, Mercedes Benz, Cargo Kids Furniture, Seaworld, Pfizer, Nickelodeon. Film's include The Ghost Club, Brothers, Walker, The Birthday Boy, Throwdown, Juwanna Man. Print for Belk, Health Tex, Pfizer, etc. and numerous music video's, and industrial films. This search is a very valuable tool for me, and enables me to tap into new talent, that I would not have access to otherwise. It is a win, win situation.
